Deluge: Storm Haiku

Blue plastic barrel
rain cleaned
riding storm water.

Waves and branches
heaped against bridge
burning with froth.

Cup of coffee
storm outside
coat sweats on radiator.

    Great Haiku!
    “Cup of coffee
    storm outside
coat sweats on radiator.” is my favourite part! I can just imagine that happening, catching that musty smell of soggy rain in the air as it dries. 🙂
