In the Half-light

The charity shop has changed its stock for summer. In the half-light jewellery brings a touch of flair to iridescent costumes. The model with the tweed suit has crimson hair which faded in last year’s sun. Her eyes follow me, begging me to look at her injection moulded legs and buy a book on pregnancy.
